Thanks to all of you who has posted to my thread.

I have tryed now with debian lenny and is working, but it was my mistake, i forgot that in ispconfig 3 is port 8080 not 81 like in ispconfig 2.

There is no firewall active in suse, i have checked... jus in windows, but i have 2 different ips, one for windows and one for virtual machine, and in vmware i use bridged connection for network...
