Removed the entry for targetdomain.tld out of the /etc/postfix/local-host-names file and restarted Postfix... seems to be working now. Thanks Falko :D

Just realized that PHP is not managed by ISPC....

Just realized that PHP is not managed by ISPC. ISPC only recompiles and distributes an internal version for the ISPC control panel system. Sad. :( Off to the Console!
