I'm not sure why a bind update would alter file / folder permissions, but I will have to make sure things are OK then next time a server update is done.

Seems like when we did the CLAM re-install that it FAILED. During the process, somehow ispconfig took control of the /tmp folder and changed its permissions to 0755.
