How to share folders on different drives via FTP

Service: vsftpd

I want to share multiple folders on different drives/partitions via FTP. But I don't want to copy all of these files to /var/ftp/pub/.
Is there a kind of "link" that could do this...

I can only find instructions teaching you how to set up a Linux PXE server to install Linux onto a remote client.

How to stop X?

After X is stopped for a very short while by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Backspace, it is restarted again.
Is there any way to stop it, except for changing runlevel to 3 or lowerer?

I have the same problem when building a rpm file of 2.6.22.2 kernel.
When the rpm file is built, it could only be found in the folder /usr/src/RPMS/i368, but it is supposed to be in the ..../i686...
