wait_timeout = 1800
connect_timeout = 60

in /etc/mysql/my.cnf

- this seemed to solve the problem so far.

Exactly. With ISPConfig 2 on a much weaker machine and the same occupation, I've almost never had these logs....

IMAP off, for a mailbox but Roundcube usable?

I have seen that if one turns IMAP off in the admin panel for a mailbox, roundcube lets the user log in and send mails but shows no mails (without giving an error BTW!)

Several logs often dont show in the ISPConfig panel

Since today, I often can not see some logfiles: Instead, a second "ISPConfig" banner shows up at the bottom of the fronend.. see screenshot. I have ISPConfig 3.0.3.3 on Debian 6.0.2
