Pureftp stopped working externally, unroutable address

Hi All

So I've been running ISPConfig for a few years now. Currently on version 3.0.4.6 on top of ubuntu hardy.

Just found out that ftp is no longer accessible from external, though works fine...

I'm on Ubuntu 8.04 LTS. When I login as root I can run sudo no problems. So does the user need to install sudo package separately ?
