Monitor shows services offline though they are actually online

My ISPConfig3 monitor page shows that my SMTP, POP3, IMAP, and mySQL server are all offline, but they are in fact online and working. Any ideas on where to start looking?

XEN can not run XEN, meaning that you cannot run a VM host inside another VM.

KVM CAN do this. you can run 5 servers inside KVM on one box, then inside those 5 VMS you can run 5 more servers...

change default listen port

change the default listen port to 8080 (or anything else) and put a virtual host in that listens on port 80 but does not use servername. That will work just fine.

Please add dovecot as supported for ISPConfig3. I have had great luck with a dovecot/postfix combo being rock solid.

Im also a lot more knowledgeable on dovecot than courier.
