No, it was the --enable-fastcgi and --enable-force-cgi-redirect
Those are not suitable for fpm. You have to use --enable-fpm instead.
The howto you mentioned above should work for fpm.

it seems you missed adding the dns A record without www (only MX etc are there).
Try the dig command with www.numerizen.com and it will work.
So you have to add the one without www.
