So far i have addressed this by disabling whole ticket system, but it would be nice to use at least communicating with resellers. They seem to have actual questions every now and then.

There is absolutely no reason to have free, unused RAM. In Linux it is very normal to use any available RAM...

You are doing it right way. Currently used firewall implementation does not allow to insert custom rules.

In Proxmox you are supposed to create Virtual Server and install ISPConfig to it.
