If there is no output you can install 'crontabs' with:

yum install crontabs vixie-cron

and after that check if amavisd is running

You can find instructions on how to upgrade the PHP 5.1.x packages in CentOS...

It's best to move your roundcube files in your /var/www/ directory and make appropriate changes in apache configuration.
