I ran a grep for the originators domain name and all the results were from a string in one script on one of my sites. There must have been a backdoor...

UPDATE:

It looks like my server is being attacked nightly by some kind of stress attack. Here are the list of connections:-

nf_conntrack table full dropping packet flood

I had a backup from when ISPConfig was first installed. However no backups since all the sites were added.

I have not reinstalled ISPConfig as I was unsure how to remove it in...
