Still running dapper 6.0.6 and ISPConfig 2.2.31. Upgrade possible to 2.2.40?

Possible?
I notice I can no longer update any packages for Ubuntu 6.0.6, so I don't know if upgrading to 2.2.40 is possible either.

2.2.24 Internal Forwards not working. example: jsmith@1.com to jsmith@2.com

Still using 2.2.24 here. Internal forwards are not working when an email name is similar. For instance, if jsmith@1.com has emails forwarded to jsmith@2.com, the email still ends up in jsmith@1.com's...

2. The ability to check an email...
