Error 550 while trying to upload with FTP

Hi.
I get error 550 when I try to upload/create/delete folders using FTP.
When i logon with SSH with the same user I can delete and create folders.

The user is set to administrator in ISPconfig....

I've tried but I don't understand anything on dhcp and squid.

If i use the dhcp configuration it gets multiple errors.

Can anyone make a small howto?

I've tried to configure apache to run at port 81...

I've tried to configure apache to run at port 81 and ispconfig to run at port 80.
Port 81 is blocked. It looks like i've have to kill somebody tomorrow.... :p

And the server is on a school, and the firewall is 110 km far away.

The guy who fucks up the firewall says the ports I specified is open.
