They receive email from xx-xx.com and xxxx.com and these need to end up in the same account.

receiving welcome email multiple times

I have 3 servers handling email, one doing incoming SMTP other 2 doing IMAP/POP and smtp overflow.

Have you tried disabling xcache ?

In your php.ini file it should look something like this.

;extension = xcache.so

Also check your file permissions, as that can sometimes cause this error

Smile No , there where no errors in the database log....

No , there where no errors in the database log. It happened on both our mail servers. Changing the root mysql password back fixed the issue.
