Even more perplexing...

If I set up a forward to an outside address, it will forward, but still is not available from the actual POP3 server. Yes, I have Maildir checked. :)

I fixed it!

OK, so I got it working. Not sure why, but on a whim, I went through the Mandrake 2006 setup, and loaded all of the programs we are told to load in that How-To, and it made my install work.
