From the looks of this log it does seem your server does not think it should receive e-mail for this...

Eh disregard.

"Keep local copy" wasn't ticked with e-mail being forwarded, so there was no way to autorespond.

To fix it, I had to enable "keep local copy" and then autoresponder works...

Code is now in the svn.

A new MySql table is created (dns_slave) and 2 tables (client, client_template)...
