Starting FastCGI wrapper: fcgiwrap failed!

My server says this after every other reboot "Starting FastCGI wrapper: fcgiwrap failed!" so I just reboot again and it goes away. Is there any way to find out why it fails 1/2 the time?

Running Debian Squeeze Perfect Server nginx.
