"Help" tickets with sending email
Is it possible to send me an email when clients send me a support ticket? Because now I don't receive any email and I have to check the support page serveral times a day.
Thats not implemented yet. Feel free to post a feature request in the bugtracker if it does not exist yet or vote for a existing feature request if someone requested this function already.
