Missing - DocumentRoot [/var/www/ispconfig/]

I found this thread, but there was never a conclusion: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34814

I also found in my bash history that I executed rm -rf /var/www/ispconfig, where I messed up in my installation command sequence.

Is there a way that it can be fixed without re-installing everything?

ISPConfig 3 doesn't use /var/www/ispconfig anymore; it's using /usr/local/ispconfig.

On my production servers I run ISPConfig 3 v3.0.4.6. I do see the /var/www/ispconfig directory. What version are you referring to?

falko 26th February 2013 13:36

3.0.4 and newer.

Can you tell me why I got the missing document root error when attempting to restart Apache after a fresh install of ISPConfig v3.0.4.6?
