FTP account authentification error
 

Hello,

I install ISPConfig yesterday, all work, except that the username and password are denied FTP. I am told that the username or password is incorrect.
However, this did it to all my clients and after checking it does not work for me.
I use PureFTPd and ISPConfig 3. Do you have any ideas to help me?

Any errors in your logs?

Have you tried FTPS as well?

Thank you for your reply. I do not use FTP SSL.
Where can I see the logs you send to FTP?

They are in the /var/log directory.
