I don't find information, if i make new mailing list, how to add members ?

Login to the mailman interface, there you can add members. or subscribe by email.

Seems mailman is installed and service are running, but how access ?

already got it.

Now another problem. If i try create mail list in mailman, then i got Error:

Error: Unknown virtual host: 10.10.10.20.

Where i must define virtual hosts ? In postfix main.cf ?
