Installing horde webmail edition 4.0.9 using pear
 

Since 5.0.2 do not support password changing, i want to revert/reinstall backup to 4.0.9, how could i do that? i tried pear install horde/webmail-4.0.9 and i got load of these:

Failed to download pear/Date_Holidays within preferred state "stable", latest release is version 0.21.7, stability "alpha", use "channel://pear.php.net/Date_Holidays-0.21.7" to install
