Character sets in apache
 

I have a web site on another host that has pages in French. It, of course, uses accented characters. I recently built a new server, using the perfect server tutorial. When I put my web page on it, I don't get any of the accented characters, instead I get a tiny little rectangle with the letters FFFD inside where each accented character should be.
I'm new to linux, so I don't know how to make it serve up the proper character sets.
