can i hosting Multiple SSL web sites on one IP address with ispconfig3 and Ubuntu?

You can find it at ISPConfig -> System -> Server Config -> (Server of your choice) -> Web -> Enable SNI

not working
 
its cheked but not working. when i want to open https://web2.blabla it opens the first site that was created with ssl https://web1.blabla. on the adress input i can see http://web2 but the content is from https://we1
whats wrong ?

Then either the apache version, openssl version or the browser that you use does not support sni. See details and requirements of sni on wikipedia:

is it possible to use same certificate for all sites at once? (i know browser would tell that certificate doesnt fit)

you need to select an ip for the site not the asterisk "*" that could be one problem
