Maximum number of domains ?
 

Dear Brothers,

Just want to ask -- will there be a limit on the number of domains to be hosted in a single ISPconfig 2 server ? I ask this because I have a 2T harddisk in the server and I plan to allocate 2G to every user, so theoretically I can have more than 500 users in a single machine.

Is it true ? or actually there is a limit in apache ?

There is nolimit for the number of domains, the only limiting factor is your hardware.

In general, ISPConfig 3 is more efficient then ISPConfig 2 when it comes to larger installations and ISPConfig 2 is not maintained anymore, so you should consider to use ispconfig 3 instead.
