I use Joomla version : 1.5

For the other was normal but I am having problems when trying to install a module / component in joomla web which can not install a module / component.
Permision for directory in joomla is Writable (as recommended)
Please help me to solve my problems.

The following error appears when the install module / component in Joomla:

Ensure that you used the correct web settings, for CMS systems they have to be:

php-mode: php-fcgi
Suexec: on

and make sure that you uploaded joomla by FTP. If you installed joomla as root user on the shell, then ensure that you had run a chown and chmod to the user and group of that website for all installed files.

Beside that, the exact reason for your error can be found in the error log of the website.

Thanks for reply till,

For this has been done :

php-mode: php-fcgi
Suexec: on
All Directory Permissions Writable
I upload files Joomla via FTP and the installation of such measures are usually.
but I am still having problems as I have the info previously.

Which log should I look for in order to determine the error I can solve my problem? (apache2 log, ISPConfig Log or the other logs?).

The error.log of the website. There is just one log with that name in the log folder of the site.
