Did you check tool in ispconfig 2012?

¿there is some tool like WHMCS but ispconfig FREE and compatible?

a friend told me yes and I'm curious to know

There is no shopping cart system available yet. But the billing module has a api so that you can intergarte it directly into your existing hosting website.
