ispconfig not applying new cert?

Good morning, I've got a server running ubuntu with ispconfig. I applied an ssl cert to a site and all was grand. Now the cert is expiring soon, I got it renewed, logged into the control panel and put it in the same place I put the last one. However, when I went to check the cert on the site, it's still showing the old one. I left it a while to see if a cron or soemthing needed to run to apply it, but it's been 3 days now and it's still showing the old one.

Any suggestions?

Ensure that you selected "Save certificate" as action and then press save. Without selecting the action, the cert is only saved in the database but not written to disk.
