Correct way for upgrading ???
 

Hi,

I have 2 questions regarding ISPConfig upgrade:

1.) I have ISPConfig v.3.0.4.2 in multiple server configuration (ns1 = DNS, Web, Mail,... and ns2 = secondary DNS - mirror).
Should I upgrade first to 3.0.4.3, 3.0.4.4 and then to 3.0.4.5 or should I upgrade it directly from 3.0.4.2 to 3.0.4.5?

2.) In http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/sho...032#post279032 in post #6 till has written: "If its a multiserver setup, then all servers must be updated. I recommend that you update the master server first and then the slave.", but in latest manual on page 57 there is a line with:"If you use the command line update to update multiple servers, it is strongly recommended to run the update on the slaves first and afterwards on the master!". What is the correct upgrade procedure???

You can upgrade from 3.0.4.2. to 3.0.4.5 directly.

Master first, then the slave(s). Will correct this in the manual.
