Outbound Email Traffic Scanning
 

I'm running a system using the perfect server tutorial for Centos 5 and ISPConfig 3 - amavis, dovecot, clamav, postfix - all up to date.

Does ISPConfig 3 enable outbound email scanning by default? What setting determines that or how do I tell if outbound filtering is also enabled?

If so, what setting determines what happens with messages that shouldn't be allowed to be sent out?
