Back up web and mailserver ?

Hello,

I have severe servers (mail, web, file etc). can anyone tell me how to take back up of my server files and sql. Or more specifically which folders should I back up in web server and mail server. ?

I am using Suse 11.3. For mail ISPconfig, postfix, roundcube. for web ISPconfig web database etc.
