Email notification when client open ticket support
Hello,
I hope ISPC developer can implement this feature. When client send support message via Help module, the system will send the full message or notification to the administrator email account. Thank you |
Also mail notifications could be sent to clients when admin/reseller responds.

So far i have addressed this by disabling whole ticket system, but it would be nice to use at least communicating with resellers. They seem to have actual questions every now and then. |

+1 Yes Please. The message system as far as I can see is dead without some sort of notification. An email notification is the most obvious way forward.
