Custom Kernel from kernel.org on RPM for Centos
Hello people.
I compiled a kernel from sources, specifically the long term one, 2.6.32.43 from kernel.org patching it with grsecurity. How exactly can I "pack it up" in a RPM with ALL the modules that I compiled plus anything else it needs (mkinitrd for example) so with a simple rpm -Ivh kernel.rpm could be installed on all other Centos systems I got ? (And not doing on every system one by one the compilations all the procedures and so on...) Centos wiki isn't much help... :( |
