email forwarding
Hi guys
I have a customer's email account already setup. She is leaving her company soon and I want to forward all of her future emails to another user in her department. However, she currently has emails in her inbox. I do not seem to be able to create a forward without first deleting her current account (and thereby losing the emails that are currently in her inbox) and then creating it in the email forward section. Is there a way around this? Cheers Charlton |
Please see here for recipes to send copys of the email to a different account:
http://www.faqforge.com/linux/contro...her-mailboxes/ If you use sieven, just dont add the "keep;" line so that the email is only forwarded and not stored in the mailbox. If you use maildrop, you might have to use "to" instead of "cc". |
