email forwarding
 

Hi guys

I have a customer's email account already setup. She is leaving her company soon and I want to forward all of her future emails to another user in her department.

However, she currently has emails in her inbox. I do not seem to be able to create a forward without first deleting her current account (and thereby losing the emails that are currently in her inbox) and then creating it in the email forward section.

Is there a way around this?

If you use sieven, just dont add the "keep;" line so that the email is only forwarded and not stored in the mailbox. If you use maildrop, you might have to use "to" instead of "cc".

The link works fine for me. Just click on the link and your browser will open the correct page.
