VMware server 2.0.2 vmnet problem

I have some problems with installing VMware 2.0.2, and i dont know if this is the right place to ask.

I'm installing VMware server 2.0.2-203138

I'm running Debian kernel 2.6.32-5-686

I'm using GCC-4.3 (To avoid VMware to crash)

And this is the place its going wrong in the configuration:

Code:

Building the vmnet module.

Using 2.6.x kernel build system.

Unable to build the vmnet module.

For more information on how to troubleshoot module-related problems, please
visit our Web site at "http://www.vmware.com/go/unsup-linux-products" and

Execution aborted.

I really hope someone can help me with this problem.
