Email problem and website problem

Hello,
I have problem with my server. I recently installed ispconfig using this tutorial: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-se...64-ispconfig-3

Now after adding a website setting up all dns records, I have a problem when accessing my main website and mailboxes.

When I have suphp activated and suexec deactivated, it seems that mailboxes are working but my website is giving me and 500 Error. I still can't receive emails. If I have mod-php activated and suexect deactivated I can load my website but when I try to login to my mailbox the login page is a white page. So I can't login.

I just don't know what should I do, this is really urgent.

This is the system log:

Can someone please help me fix this ? Also I'm not an expert here, if it's possible please provide a step-by-step method on solving this problem.

Kind regards.

How do you access the email client? Please be that it can not be accessed trough a website that you created in ispconfig as it runs on the default vhost. Yopu have to use e.g. the IP address of your server. As alternative, create a new website like webmail.yourdomain.com and install a webmail client inside this website.

Regarding the error in the mail log, it seems that your harddisk is full. Post the output of:

df -h

raicabogdan 28th June 2010 12:22

Thank you for your answer.

I have the server setup on one single IP. I'm using the IP to login to the web client.

Here is output:
Quote:

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/VolGroup01-LogVol00
14G 3.5G 9.5G 27% /
/dev/hda1 99M 19M 75M 21% /boot
tmpfs 2.0G 0 2.0G 0% /dev/shm
But the strange thing is that when one of them are working the other is not. In each case I can't receive any emails in my account.

Regards

Ok, so I've fixed the conflict between httpd and email, I'm able to run the website now and to log in the mailbox. I've used the php cgi option to do that.

Now I have another problem. I can't send or receive emails.
postfix is running.

This is a log I have (xx.xxx.xx.xxx is an IP address):

It mightbe that the message size limit in postfix is set too low. Try this:

Thank you very much. I think that now is working. I can receive and send emails.

Kind regards.
