phantom A Record
I am having trouble setting up co-domain. When I set it up in the ISP Manager for the site I selected the 'Create DNS' option and everything seemed to work fine from there. But the A record never showed up in the DNS Manager section for the site. So I tried to create an A record manually but it gave me an error saying, 'There is already an A Record entry for this host in this zone.' But I can't find this A record anywhere.
There had been an A record for this before but it was deleted. But, I have checked and double checked all the recycle bins to make sure there wasn't anything in there, and there isn't, I cleared all of them out. Any Suggestions? |
You can try to delete the domain in DNS-Manager, wait a minute and empty the recycle bin. Then recreate the Domain in DNS-Manager incl the correct A-records.

Thanks!
