mysterious domains in qspace

Can I block everything from a particular mailserver? My mail is taking forever to send and receive, so I ran "qshape" and there is a domain that is clogging up my system:

Code:

TOTAL 24910
terra.com.br 21889
server.domain.com 2978

In the mail log, this domain also has a lot of the following error by it:

Quote:

to=<prof.jmauro1@terra.com.br>, relay=vip-us-br-mx.terra.com[208.84.244.133]:25, delay=5628, delays=0.07/5626/1.9/0, dsn=4.3.2, status=deferred (host vip-us-br-mx.terra.com[208.84.244.133] refused to talk to me: 421 4.3.2 rejected: Too much dconnections from server.mydomain.com

Has anyone had any experience with smtp_sender_restrictions or reject_unauth_destination?

or would this even help? It looks like their emails are still being blocked, but it's the attempt that's bogging down my system.
