Perfect Desktop(s)-will they play movie trailers from quicktime.com?

When looking through the instructions on how to setup "The Perfect Desktop" I did not notice any reference of any of the distros being able to play movie trailers from the quicktime.com site (http://www.apple.com/trailers/).

If I follow your instructions on how to setup "The Perfect Desktop" will the resulting installation be able to play these Quicktime movie trailers? If not, can you post a simple way to add this functionality to the distro? THank you.
