ISPConfig: can User be created that does not have "_" in the name?

Trying to solve an issue with a very picky data feed via FTP.

Evidently, it is choking on the Username containing a "_" (i.e., in ISPConfig a user such as "web3_username").

Is there any way to create a username without the "_"?

(The setup is from the Perfect Debian Server setup on this site).

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

clink on Management / then System Config / Settings / Common and you will see User Prefix: there you can make it whatever you want
