Postfix problems

Hi all

How could I apply those rules to my postfix on a debian5 in the main.cf:

1: Reject unauthentificated Mail senders (Mail from)
2: Reject senders without reverse dns entries (Mail from)
3: Reject mails wich are not authentificated from customers
