User email account password change

Does ISPConfig3 allow users to change their own email account password out of the box?

If not, since Squirrelmail is installed as a webmail client, is it possible to use the change_sqlpass Squirrelmail plugin to allow users to change their own passwords?

On my current production server, which is non-ISPConfig, I had followed the HowTo below which installed the change_sqlpass plugin. I am thinking about adopting the HowTo to my new Debian Lenny Perfect Server setup.

I think that should be possible.

I took a couple of additional steps in the database. I create a new user that only had the ability to select and update the email and password fields within the email_user table.
