request tracker [rt] postfix config help

I have followed the instructions to install perfect Centos 5.3 Server x86 and am running into one last config issue with postfix and my rt install. I understand that postfix in this install doesn't use /etc/aliases to control virtual users/mboxes. From what I have seen the information is stored in various mysql tables. My question is how can I setup a mailbox to have custom configurations.

I would like to setup emails to to run a program. In /etc/aliases the example that I see would look something like this.

correspond: "|/usr/local/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue General --action correspond --url

How can I set this up in ispconfig 3 currently I have added the domain and the user's mailbox in the admin. I can see the user information in dbispconfig and was hoping that I could adjust a couple of fields under mail_user but I am afraid this will get overwritten. Any input would be very helpful thank you.

This was a little tricky but if you read over this doc you will be fine. This would work for mailman etc I would assume.
