Client cannot add record to Blacklist/Whitelist
 

Hello,

I creaded new client for access to ISPConfig. When I log as a client and would like to add new record into blacklist or whitelist it write me Error.
Where could be the problem?

only Error text in red box/frame.

Can you quote the exact error message here?

Is there any log file from where I can post you error message? I can send you screenshots on mail (just tell me where).

Btw. when I log as a admin I can add records to spamlist, but when I log as a client I cannot.

Which ISPConfig version do you use? There had been a problem that has been closed in ISPConfig 3.0.1.3.

I use SuSe 11.1 and ISPConfig 3.0.1.3

In the Client i get the errror

1.limit_spamfilter_wblist_txt


As Admin no problem

Sorry, I did not read your post properly.

The error occurs because you have set the white / blacklist limit too low for this client.
