Which ispconfig version do you have installed?

wasimriz 3rd April 2009 20:11

Postfix 2.5.5, Courier, MySQL 5 And SquirrelMail (Ubuntu 8.10) (with Virtual user and Domian)

Pleasecan u help me out .....

falko 4th April 2009 13:41

Ok, I've moved your thread out of the ISPConfig 2 forum to HOWTO-Related Questions.

Did you send a welcome email to all accounts you created?

wasimriz 5th April 2009 10:07

yes i had send mail to root as welcome mail

sendmail -v root

and after which i had run
mailq command
i got the following error

Apr 5 04:03:56 ubuntu postfix/smtp[23211]: 1901ABD1A3: to=<root@mynetmagic.net>, relay=none, delay=5.4, delays=0.96/0.09/4.3/0, dsn=5.4.4, status=bounced (Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=mynetmagic.net type=A: Host not found)
Apr 5 04:03:56 ubuntu postfix/qmgr[9581]: 1901ABD1A3: removed

Can u please figure out what could be problem for the following issue

Same setup i have configured with out MySQL virtual user which is working.... but with MySQL Virtual user i'm facing issue.

falko 6th April 2009 13:49

You must send a welcome mail to the accounts that you've configured in the database, not to root.

Also, please create an A record for mynetmagic.net.
