How to create a Cron job for ISPconfig

Hello everyone, how do i create a cron job for ISPconfig so it does check every time on the internet for an IP changes made by my ISP. This is very use full because my ISP block's certain ports and i have external DNS Services that i like to utilize. below is the script that i like to use for the cron job.
