request tracker configuration in debian guide required
 
Hi Guys,

I am looking for step by step guide to install and configure request tracket(RT) in debeina sarge.I have checked RT installatrion guide but that didn't help me.If any one is having this how to please post it here

Other wise i would request if falko write some nice how to that would help me and may more people because RT is very much people using now a days.

What type of tracking?
 
If you are satisfied with every aspect of kernel logging... then use http://www.howtoforge.com/custom_iptables_firewall and http://www.howtoforge.com/loadbalanc...cluster_debian... they both have good info.
