Help with 'Perfect Server Fedora 8'

Ok, um.

I am trying to get it to work as a web server.

so far, if I connect from a computer within my network, with 192.168.0.3, it works, and I get the test page for apache http server.

However, when I test it out by switching to another network (a neighbor's unprotected wifi), it will time out.

I tried portforwarding on my DLink DIR615, but it hasn't worked.

However, I have a ventrilo server running on a computer, and it works, even when on another network. It was port forwarded.

The gateway is 192.168.0.1, and the computer thats a server is 192.168.0.3

This is my IP: 70.114.16.188

Over which protocol do you want to connect? SSH, HTTP, SMTP, ...

Please make sure that the appropriate ports are open in the Fedora firewall and in the firewall of your router, and that your router forwards these ports to your Fedora server.
