Postfix virtual users with MySQL problem

I've been trying to get a new install running and I'm having a problem with Postfix.

First of all, should ALL of my domains be included in the /etc/postfix/my.conf line about mydestinations? Only one of my domains was included, and I'm having a problem with the other domains.

Also, in /home/vmail, only the one domain is listed (the domain that is working). Why aren't the other domains and email accounts listed in there, and how do I create them?

Do not list the domains in mydestination for which you have virtual users - only the domains that have system users.

The directories will be created automatically when the first email for a domain arrives.
