mail question for php script

I am getting ready to install my php script, but am not sure what to enter in the mail. This is the part in question.
HTML Code:

Emails sent from:                  Email address the news/emails are sent from. Don't leave this empty or no emails will be sent.
Contact email:                The email address where suggestions/complaints/comments from site are sent to. It will not be disclosed to the members.
Admin password:                The default admin password you will use to login to the admin panel.
Admin password again:                Retype the admin password.

I setup a email account on the site I am installing already. for email sent from, do I use that email or do I use a external email account? or do I use my out mail (smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com) for my sbcglobal account? If I use a external mail will the be able to see that from within the script? Thanks

I think you can enter any (working) email address here. Which one you use is up to you.

email entry question

So if I do not use the mail I set up on the server, do I need to change it to external mail in the site I created?
I have been thinking about this mail issue. The server is debian perfect setup from your site. If I am to enter two (working) emails, how will the server send and recive when I am using emails that are not configured on the server? I was thinking I need to use the email I set up on the server. So there is a smtp and a pop3 that are set up. Please let me know if maybe the script has somthing in it to be able to send and receive mail. the script is dsb2. a dating script. I know it has auto mail featchers in it, but I don't understand how the mail works.

I think it's just using PHP's built-in mail() function. So it's really up to you what email addresses you use here...

what emails to use

If I use an exsternal email, do I change it to external email in the site I have created? Also, when the emails are sent will they show the email addresses or will it spoof them to something ells?

This has nothing to do with ISPConfig.

I think you're misunderstanding something. I think you should try it out to see how it works. :)
